Hellos and goodbyes

We’ve had lots of visitors so far this year.  I counted I went to the airport six times in two weeks at the end of March and the beginning of April.  We say lots of hellos and lots of goodbyes.  It’s part of our life here.

Yesterday we said goodbye to my parents.  Obviously some goodbyes are harder than others and this was the hardest goodbye we’ve had in a long time.  They were here for a one month visit, just to spend time with us and the boys.  We had a such a special time together…

We went on a road trip while they were here, visiting Kapishya Hots Springs and Lake Tanganikya.  It was a 12 hour journey there and back and both boys travelled so well.  It was a memorable trip, so relaxing and refreshing.

Here are a whole load of photos from their time with us and our time away…
